Pinephone and games,  what I think

Around 7 years ago I was introduced to a fantasy game, for me & my siblings that was an impressive strategy game to remember. We’ve started out with the official campaigns, played modded campaigns, and Colosseum.

I think the Pinephone could run up-to-date Wesnoth, as the Android & iOS versions are becoming frozen for nearly 1,5 years.

The performance? Maybe 25 fps and bit of a heat.

How to install it?

The flatpak version should contain flags for the ARM, so Flathub & Wesnoth’s nightly flatpak is the way to go, maybe!?

I expect having to scale the game with terminal command perhaps.

And compiling it from source code, for yet unforeseen reasons on my part.

Anyway, I hope to get a linux phone someday.

Pinephone is about what I’m looking at, but I would buy it without less thinking in a local store. Still, I’m happy that at least: there is a shipping option to my country! Even here were a used pinephone sale…
